Refreshing Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad Recipe

    This is a recipe that was suggested to go with Teriyaki Flank Steak (one of my recipes.) I have yet to try it but will do so when I can! You can use your own watermelon chunks, but just make sure you have the right amount (I believe it would be 2 cups.) Be careful with how much olive oil as some may not like the taste.

    Cut Watermelon Into 1-Inch Chunks If not Already Done.

    Divide Watermelon Between 4 Salad Plates.

    Sprinkle Watermelon With Salt and Feta Cheese and Drizzle With Olive Oil to Serve.
