Refreshing Watermelon Ice Cube Recipe for Summer Hydration

    This recipe is delicious and really creative. The mint leaves were very difficult to get evenly dispersed in each cube... so instead I placed one mint leaf at the bottom of each ice cube tray, so it comes out on top! This looks more uniform for my OCD-like need to have things be uniform ^^

    Combine Watermelon, Water, Honey, Lemon Juice and Sugar in a Blender or Food Processor. Process Until Smooth.

    Place Mint Leaves in Ice Trays. Pour Watermelon Mixture Into Ice Trays. Freeze.
