Refried Black Beans Quesadillas

Features:
    Cuisine:

We thought these might be a little bland, so we added some cumin and chili powder (less than a teaspoon of each spice for the whole bean mixture) and they turned out well. My husband baked his with the salsa in them and we served them with sour cream on top. Overall they were good, but could use a bit more spice.

Refried Black Beans Quesadillas, This meatless-dish makes a great appetizer , We thought these might be a little bland, so we added some cumin and chili powder (less than a teaspoon of each spice for the whole bean mixture) and they turned out well My husband baked his with the salsa in them and we served them with sour cream on top Overall they were good, but could use a bit more spice , These are delicious! They are very filling and so tasty with the salsa! I did add 1 tsp each cumin, garlic powder, and chile powder to the beans as they heated to add more flavor I also added sour cream with the salsa and it was just sooo good! Not messy either great finger food! Thanks so much for the recipe!
