Reuben Casserole, This tastes just exactly like a Reuben Sandwich but much easier! You can even make ahead and reheat or put in refrigerator and bake just before serving! This is so good!!!! Also a great potluck dish., Russian dressing – 1/2 of what?, SOUR CREAM??? Many reviews mention not liking, leaving out or reducing the sour cream. The recipe doesn’t mention sour cream. Also, how much dressing?
