    Heat the Oil and Butter in a Frying Pan Over Low Heat. Add the Onion and Cook, Stirring Occasionally, For 15 Minutes or Until Softened. Add the Sugar and Vinegar and Cook For a Further 1015 Minutes, or Until Caramelized. Transfer to a Small Bowl and Set Aside.
