Rice Atole, Hot Rice Drink

Features:
    Cuisine:

DD (toddler) and I absolutely love this on a cold night ect. It has a lovely cinnamon flavour. DH however tried it warmed up the next day and did not like it. I have a feeling he doesn't like cinnamon in sweet dishes. used homogenized milk, brown sugar and tapioca starch to be corn free. I blended it after a little in my blender to break up the Basmati rice used. Be careful it is very hot for a while after. I will make this again. Made for Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Tag Game - September 2010 in KK's forum.
