Rice Cooker Mexican Rice,Easy to make rice like you get at the mexican restaurant. Cooks up in your rice cooker without any fuss, mess or stirring! Haven’t tried it- but could be made on the stovetop in a covered pot.,This was delicious! I mixed up my recipes while cooking a couple different dishes at once, and accidentally added in 1 tsp each of cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Oops! Tasted good anyway, and I’ll probably add those ingredients in every time now because why not. I didn’t have any problems with the rice/tomato paste burning like some reviewers, so I’m thinking the issue may have been with their specific rice cooker.,Rice burned on the bottom. Anyone know what I did wrong? I did follow the recipe.
