Rice & Shrimp Casserole, , This is an interesting recipe I wanted to give it 3 5 stars, but I had to pick a whole number We didn’t have any chili peppers, so I substituted about 1/4 tbsp chili powder It was plenty spicy Otherwise, we followed the recipe exactly I think next time I’d use more fresh ginger This recipe makes for a good jumping off point, but it needs a little something – just not sure what , This one is good, the only thing that I will change the next time is the amount of soy sauce It needs to be reduced to allow more of the other flavors to come through DD loved it and wants me to use some flank steak in it next time, so I will be making this one again Good luck!
