    This was a nice sweet treat! Instead of the water used a few ice cubes to cool it down and vanilla yogurt vs plain as that is what I had on hand. The condensed milk makes this really creamy and sweet. I didn't add any additional sugar. I can't wait until mangoes go on sale again :) Made for PAC Spring 2011.

    Rich Mango Lassi,This is for those of us that have a sweet tooth! Always a hit in our gatherings with both adults and children alike. You will find this drink to be rich, smooth and perfect to go with a hot and spicy curry!,This was a nice sweet treat!     Put Half of All Ingredients in a Blender and Blend Till Well Mixed.

    Scrape Sides With a Spatula If Necessary.

    Test For Sweetness and Thickness and Add Condensed Milk/Water to Achieve the a Sweeter and Thinner Drink If You Prefer.
