Rich Tea Biscuits, Found this recipe in Jean Pare’s Company’s Coming cookbook I’ve made baking powder biscuits before, but not with cream of tarter in the recipe , I absolutely swear by this recipe, its amazing! We made similar recipe in class once and I had been searching for a duplicate since and this one was even better , I made these today Never used 1 cup of milk but did follow the recipe I thought at first, that it seemed more like a cake batter but added bits of flour and folded, until I reached the consistency to be able to use a cutter and wow, they turned out so nice and fluffy got about 14 can’t wait to taste 1 or 2 🙂
