Richie’s Turkey Meatloaf, I developed this recipe because I want to eat healthier, but not sacrifice flavor., Well, I really wanted to like this, but it needs some tweaking. It just doesn’t have enough binder to make it more solid. Like someone else mentioned, you have to use a LOAF pan of sorts because it will spread out due to how much moisture is in it. The flavor was good – my husband liked the flavor. But my next attempt will be to add more oats & maybe a slice or 2 of multi-grain bread, and some chopped celery. Yea, I get that bread will up he CARB count, but …, Looks good! Is there any nutritional info available?
