This recipe was a disaster. The butter and sugar separated even though it was being stirred and when the cheetos were added it was just hard clumps of the sugar mixture. Total waste of time and money.

Richys Exceptional Cheeto Dessert, Ok I know it sounds gross Who would think of such a thing right? One word- Delicious! Try it even with your prejudices Tastes much like peanut brittle , This recipe was a disaster The butter and sugar separated even though it was being stirred and when the cheetos were added it was just hard clumps of the sugar mixture Total waste of time and money , Time to weigh in! I’ve been making this about 2 years now to increase attendance at office meetings Some of my group will show up just because they know I’m bringing it They call it Cheetos crack It is a bit hard to coat the Cheetos with the caramel sauce, but the extra effort makes a crunchier texture later A giant bowl like the classic Tupperware thumb bowl helps a lot! Also it is much easier to stir through the baking process I originally tried it because it is gluten free, and it is EXCEPTIONAL!
