Rigatoni Ala Vodka, Every time I make this. I get a compliment on how good it is. Never any left overs., Delicious! Tastes like restaurant quality! Did not use 1 tbs of salt though – too salty for my liking…you can always add salt after the fact. Used 1/2 tbs. Added chopped onion to the garlic and sauteed…added chopped prosciutto to the sauce and served with warm crusty bread! I will be making this A LOT!, Whole family loved it! Super easy to make.

In a Medium Sauce Pan, Heat Oil Until Hot. Add Garlic and Saute Until Golden Brown. |
