    Marinate Beef in Soy Sauce, Sherry, Ginger Juice, Salt and Pepper at Least 4 Hours or Overnight.

    Wrap Roast and Green Onions in Heavy Aluminum Foil.

    Pre-Heat Oven to 450* and Bake For 20 Minutes.

    Turn Heat to 325* and Bake For 2 Hours.
