    Roast Chicken,A little experiment that I discovered my family really likes.,I had a ball making the chicken with apples! It’s a unique accompaniment but did the trick to satisfy hunger pangs. Paired with straw basket Chianti a fine meal was had. My 5 lb bird was ready in about 1 hr 45 minutes.,This chicken turned out very moist. Unfortunately, I didn’t think it had much flavor other than chicken. Not bad, but not excellent either. Also, the skin didn’t really crisp up at all.

    Wash and Dry Chicken.

    Pour Olive Oil Onto One Hand and Coat All of the Chicken.
