    Roast a Whole Butternut Pumpkin.

    When Soft, Scoop Out the Flesh and Mash or Process Before Adding a Teaspoon of Ground Cumin, Crunchy Peanut Butter and a Splash of Chilli Sauce to Taste.

    Add a Drizzle of Olive Oil, and Stir Well.
