Roasted Brussels Sprouts!,I got this from the Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. SO good.,Shockingly, we loved this recipe. It goes together easily and is on the table quickly. I cooked mine at 350 for about 35 minutes.,Great, simple recipe to follow. I just reduced the time on the roasting by 10-15 minutes. That being said, I also cut the brussel sprouts in half, so that may have been the reason they seemed to have roasted faster. I also added some of my all time favorite italian cheese, Parmiagiano Reggiano cheese at the end of the roasting time.

Cut Off the Ends of the Brussels Sprouts and Pull Off Any Yellow Outer Leaves. |

Mix Them in a Bowl With the Olive Oil, Salt, and Lemon-Pepper Seasoning. |
