    Put All Ingredients in a Blender or Food Processor and Pulse/Blend Until Combined.

    * to Roast Garlic, Slice Off the Top of the Garlic Head. Place Whole Head of Garlic on a Piece of Aluminum Foil. Drizzle With Olive Oil. Tightly Seal Aluminum Foil Around Garlic. Bake in 350 Degree Oven For 45 Minutes. Let Cool. Squeeze Garlic Cloves Out.
