Scrub the Potatoes Under Cold Running Water and Pat Dry. |

in a Roasting Pan, Combine Potatoes, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. |

Using a Large Spoon or by Shaking the Pan from Side to Side, Coat the Potatoes Evenly. |
