Number of servings is a guess , Excellent tasting Easy to make Didn’t change a thing, I doubled this and made it for a dinner party and it was a HIT Mine didn’t brown but that’s ok and is probably just because of my oven I stuck it under the broiler to brown the top at the end Making it again tonight So easy and so satisfyingly delicious!

    Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees.

    Grease Large Casserole Dish.

    Place Olive Oil and Garlic in Large Resealable Bag.

    Add Cauliflower and Shake to Mix.

    Bake For 20 to 25 Minutes, Stirring Halfway Through.
