Roasted Stuffed Pears, from “healthy food for living” – These are so easy and yummy. I served as suggest on baby greens as a salad which made a wonderful lunch. DH suggested serving in a bowl with either a cookie or a scoop of ice cream and calling it dessert. I can see that as it is very sweet. Made as written and would not change a thing. Thanks for the post.
