Roasted Tomato And Basil Relish

    I needed some sun dried tomatoes for a healthy Chicken Florentine I was making. I decided to do this instead of run to the store...again... for a missing ingredient. I left out the parm because the end recipe doesn't call for cheese. It was all I could do to keep my girls (and myself truth be told) off the pan until the rest was ready to add them. They are so good. No more $5 oily jars of sun dried tomatoes for me.

    Roasted Tomato and Basil Relish,A simple, zesty relish that makes a quick and delicious appetizer when served with toasted bread rounds or crackers (even tortilla chips!). It’s also nice accompanying roast chicken or fish.,I needed some sun dried tomatoes for a healthy Chicken Florentine I was making.     Preheat Oven to 350f.

    Combine All Ingredients in 1-Quart Casserole.

    Bake Until Tomatoes Are Soft, About 30 Minutes.
