Rocky Road Fudge Bars, This is a recipe from my soon to be Mother in Law It’s a family favorite that I made for the first time with rave reviews I’ve been told it was originally a Pillsbury Bake-Off recipe , Thank you so much for posting this recipe My grandma used to make these for us when we were in elementary school She even made them as cupcakes for my birthday one year I was so excited to find the recipe again Thanks again!, I doubled the bottom layer to get a thicker bar and mistakingly left the chocolate chips out of the cream cheese filling They are great while still warm but are AMAZING after they’ve cooled and set Growing up, Mom made these a Christmas time staple It was wonderful to have the smell of my childhood wafting from my oven 🙂
