Rolled Flank Steak, “IHHDRO”, This is a fantastic recipe. used boxed stuffing mix because I had no croutons. Other than that, I followed t exactly double batch…big family. The meat was amazing, I kept it warm in the oven until everything else was done. It came out medium, . which is what we like . I think you could change up the filling to your hearts content and it would still be great. I will be making this again and changing up the filling just for fun., how would it taste with jack cheese rolled in it?

Pre-Heat Oven to 400. |

in a Small Sauce Pan Cover the Garlic Cloves With Water and Simmer Until Softened- About 20 Minutes; Add More Water If Necessary. |
