Ron’s Famous Clam Dip for Purists, This is a favorite recipe of my DH’s It’s fast and tasty He makes it frequently for most social gatherings, most often serving with kettle chips He says it doesn’t scale well, so if you’d like to double the batch, make two separate batches, then add them together , I, too, was thinking about adding some other ingredients, but after I tasted it as written it needed nothing! Thanks for posting!, Well now, what a lovely surprise this is I was prepared to add some red pepper flakes but this didn’t need any additions at all I did save a few clams that I rough chopped and added back into the dip after processing Served it with an assortment of crackers as a TV movie night munchie and it was gone long before the movie ended with 3 adults enjoying it used 95% fat free cream cheese which worked fine, tasted great and really lowered the fat content 😀
