My whole family LOVED this recipe! It will be a staple in our menu from now on. Not sure about reviews with tough meat, as I cooked mine for barely an hour and it was falling apart. I did tenderize it well after I had floured. Just follow the recipe and it will be wonderful!

Round Steak & Onions,This is one of my favorite recipes. It takes a little longer to cook than some recipes, but is very worth it. The gravy you’ll make is wonderful served over mashed potatoes.,My whole family LOVED this recipe! It will be a staple in our menu from now on. Not sure about reviews with tough meat, as I cooked mine for barely an hour and it was falling apart. I did tenderize it well after I had floured. Just follow the recipe and it will be wonderful!,Loved the sauce but ever after two hours my meat was still chewy and not tender. Must have had really tough meat. Will add more cornstarch to thicken.
