Ruth Reichl’s Gougeres (Yummy Cheese Puffs!) Great for Holiday!, *Adopted Recipe* I just love this super easy elegant cheese puff snack from Gourmet Editor, Ruth Reichl’s book, Garlic and Sapphires A must read for any foodie! We are serving these at our Thanksgiving table and our neighborhood holiday open house due to huge demand!, used 1C grated Dubliner cheddar and sprinkled shredded parm on top as that’s what I had on hand and only added 1 tsp salt Delicious, easy, and would definitely make them again , These are really great! They can be baked, cooled, frozen and reheated for a quick appetizer!
