    Yum, and going into my 'best of' cookbook! I reduced this for DH and myself, using 1 huge breast, to split between us. My green onions were gone over, so I just used a couple of cloves of garlic added to the cream cheese, and that was fabulous. Even after pounding the breast, it was still rather thick, so my cooking time was a bit longer, thru no fault of the recipe. My bacon got a bit 'done', but that is OK by us! This dish will really impress my friends, and I will be making it for them, and soon! Thanks so much for sharing this great recipe, ~Nimz~!

    Ruzicka Chicken,This is a great chicken recipe that I found on one of the Bed&Breakfast Inns sites. We love it and so easy to make,Yum, and going into my ‘best of’ cookbook!     Mix Cream Cheese and Onions.

    Divide Into 8 Balls.

    Salt and Pepper Chicken and Place Cheese-Onion Ball in Center of Each Piece.

    Wrap Each Piece of Chicken in 2 Strips of Bacon (one Strip in Each Direction), So That Cheese Is Completely Sealed Inside.

    Bake at 350 Degrees For 30-50 Minutes or Until Chicken Is Done.
