Sailing Starters, I came up with this as the ham i wanted to use was so short that i could not wrap it around the slices of melon I came out much better and it is great for picky eaters like me as i do not like to blend my foods That way allows me to have a piece of melon, eat the ham in one bite and finish of with some more melon A great starter, serve with dry, sparkling white wine , really nice not original but delish make it all the time when people come over love the flavours mixed together, I wish I could say that I liked these more, because prosciutto and melon are two of my favorite foods; but the texture of the meat and fruit together just didn’t do it for me (or the others at my dinner party) I think if the prosciutto was cooked and crispy and served with super-chilled melon, I would have liked it a lot more I will try that sometime Thanks for posting a classic recipe Made for ZWT5 Family Picks
