Salad Asian Salad, Crunchy Salad, Tsunami

Features:
    Cuisine:

Top Ramen is not raw. The noodles have already been fried once (which is why they taste so good!). Then we fry them again - even though this is Asian inspired, double frying anything qualifies for Southern Cooking Hall of Fame!

I've seen this recipe on ramen sites, as well as on salad dressing packettes. It really is a great tasting salad, cheap, flexible, easy and fast to fix. Don't add the noodles till you are ready to serve - they get soft if left to soak up the dressing (so plan on no left overs). Add nuts, dried fruit (cut sugar down), bean spouts, other veggies, croutons - what ever needs to be used in your frig can be added to this. Thanks for the recipe.
