Directions
Salmon and Snow Pea Stir Fry, You wouldn’t expect to find salmon in a stir-fry. But when you’re tired of the same old chicken or shrimp, try this high-protein, heart-healthy entree from Oxygen Magazine. The salmon really soaks up a nice orange flavor; pineapple or another juice might be tasty too!, I just made the salmon stir fry, adding peppers, snap peas, straw mushrooms, and spinach since I did not want rice since I’m trying to diet. All I can say is wow, awesome..while watching TV. It was great and so easy to prepare!, It was good , my husband like it
