    I got this recipe from a dear friend years ago and make it often for social gatherings; everyone realy enjoys it. My recipe adds 2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley; seems to add a little to the presentation with a few sprigs around the ball.

    Salmon Ball, This is a great treat that I take to all of my holiday get-togethers! I am always asked for the recipe by at least one new person!Sociable crackers go best with it , I got this recipe from a dear friend years ago and make it often for social gatherings; everyone realy enjoys it My recipe adds 2 Tbsp fresh snipped parsley; seems to add a little to the presentation with a few sprigs around the ball , This is a favorite ball I usually make aduring the holidays It is very easy, keeps well and is soooo tasty I add 1/4 tsp liquid s smoke to mine and it gives it an extra little something I also just make it as a spread for little sandwiches and to spread on crackers BCD
