    in Bowl Mix Salmon, Egg and Onions.

    Right Before Frying, Add Crushed Crackers; Mix Again (use My Hands).

    in Frying Pan, Heat Oil and Butter Until Melted.

    on Medium Heat, Fry 5 Minutes Per Side, or Until Golden Brown.
