Salmon With Creamy Avocado Sauce

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made this for 2 of us but made the full recipe of sauce - it is so good and I cooked the salmon perfectly 10 1/2 minutes. You could add more hot sauce if you want more zip. This would be good as a dip and with other meats.

Salmon With Creamy Avocado Sauce, This is our favorite thing to make when we have guests for dinner on a weeknight., I made this for 2 of us but made the full recipe of sauce – it is so good and I cooked the salmon perfectly 10 1/2 minutes. You could add more hot sauce if you want more zip. This would be good as a dip and with other meats., I was poaching salmon and needed a sauce. I had a ripe avocado, so I searched “avocado sauce for fish” and this caught my eye. My avocado was on the small side, so used the whole thing; worchestershire and hot sauce just didn’t sound right with poached salmon, so I skipped them and added a scant Tbsp of capers. Delicious! Next time I’ll try the whole recipe as shown. Thanks for the great base for a yummy sauce!
