Salmon With Roasted Garlic,My sister made this for the family last weekend — oh my — it was a feeding frenzy! Don’t be frightened by the amount of garlic. The roasting makes it mellow and sweet. The sis served baked cherry tomatoes as a side. Yummy!,I had several roasted whole garlics and I love salmon so this recipe was the perfect supper tonight.,Wonderful recipe. I served it to 8 friends – including one who “hates fish”, and one who got sick on salmon years ago and who hasn’t touched it since. Everyone loved it! Mild and savory – not too “fishy tasting”.
