Saltine-Lima Bean Microwave Casserole, I’m a poor, rushed, college student, and this works pretty well for me on days when I need something cheap and fast Doesn’t hurt that it pretty much fills a requirement for each food group as well I would imagine you can use other kinds of beans as well, I just happen to be one of the few people that like lima beans , Woah, yum! I’m surprised how tasty this ‘concoction’ turned out! It seems like something I’d be able to throw together pretty easily with what’s in my frequently-bare cupboards I also imagine it’s quite versatile: use different beans or different cheeses, or even different type of crackers In addition to being poor-college-student food, it’d probably be a nice side dish for dinner and maybe even kid-friendly I’ll definitely make this one again – Thank you!, awesome i too am a rare lover of lima beans, as well as a college student this will motivate me to stop and make something nutritious rather than grab the nearest junk food used half the cheese cheese, a bit more water, and excluded the salt as the saltines already had plenty
