      Skin, Bone and Chop the Sardines; Mix With the Spinach, Bread Crumbs, Lemon and Onion Juice, a Little of the Spinach Liquor, the Chopped Egg White and Half the Chopped Yolk; Season to Taste.

      Put in a Buttered Baking Dish; Sprinkle With Remaining Yolk Over the Top and Dot With Butter.
