Sassy’s Beef and Broccoli, This is a great week-day supper. Fast and delicious! We always have this with a big bowl of rice, and everyone just loves it – even the kids! You can add any other veggies that your family likes!, Really loved this recipe and the ease of preparation. It was a little too salty for me — next time I’ll use less or use low-sodium soy sauce. I added a tsp. of chili-garlic sauce too. But very flavorful and delicious. I’ll be making this again – thanks.

Marinate Steak in Mixture of 1/2 of Water, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger and Cornstarch. |
