Saucy Bacon Roll Ups, These are very easy to make for a buffett or appetizer party. I usually double this, because they go fast! Note: The last time I made these, I fried the bacon after I cut it into thirds until it was almost done, cooled slightly on paper towels then wrapped around the water chestnuts and secured with toothpicks. The sauce was a lot less greasy. I cooked for about 5 minutes less. Enjoy!, These were very tasty and my guest enjoyed them. I will make them again only next time i will add some hot pepper flakes to kick it up a bit. Thanks, I made these for our Christmas buffet and they were enjoyed by everyone. The sauce is just wonderful with a perfect combination of flavors. I followed the advice of others and baked mine for about 35 minutes without the sauce then drained on a paper towel, then poured the sauce over them in another baking dish and baked for about 20 minutes. Just wonderful. Thanks. Made for “Let’s Party 2011”
