Sausage Or Beef S. O. S. Stuff On A Shingle

Features:
    Cuisine:

Well you lost me when your drained all the flavor from browning the meat and the fawn. To the pan drippings slowly add your flour, enough that the mixture goes from glossy to a dull sheen, add the minced garlic stirring the mixture constantly to cook the flour. Add whole milk or 1/2 & 1/2 (not low fat or skimmed milk) to your desired consistency, season with S&P, leave on low burner for 8-10minutes. Your gravy will never separate using this method. Save the butter for your biscuit.
