Sausage Stuffed Baked Potatoes, This potato is really a meal in itself Stuffed with sausage and cheese, it makes an easy hot meal to enjoy right out of the oven or at room temperature This recipe is from the Liquor Control Board of Ontario’s Food & Drink Magazine, Holiday 2007 issue , This is a good one dish meal I love all the ingredients and expected to really love this recipe used a mix of green and red bell peppers, otherwise I followed the recipe However, something was missing I think it needs some butter or maybe some sour cream, although that will add to the fat content I’d like to give it another 1/2 star, but that isn’t possible on zaar It smells wonderful while cooking in the skillet, which is a great plus in the anticipation of eating the dish Made for Favorites of 2009 Tag game
