    Add All Ingredients to Slow Cooker.

    Cook on Low For 1-2 Hours, Stirring Occasionally Until Melted and Blended Well.

    If You Have a "keep Warm" Setting on Your Slow Cooker, Then Set to This Temp Until Ready to Serve.
