Sauted Mushrooms With Red Wine, Excellent served as a side dish with steak, roast beef or even chicken The lemon gives the mushrooms a nice tangy flavour which mixes well with the flavour of the red wine , A very easy and very tasty side dish! Definitely will be going back to this recipe again!, I didn’t have any fresh parsley on hand So, to save a trip to the store, used 2 teaspoons of dried parsley I also used a garlic salt and pepper blend They turned out fantastic!
