2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped & packed
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 9 inch refrigerated pie crusts, fitted to a 9-inch glass pie plate

Savory Bacon and Spinach Quiche Recipe

    used a deep dish 9 inch pie crust and didn't have enough room for all of the mixture without overflowing. Would EASILY make 2 regular 9inch pie crusts! Wish I'd done that before it spilled all over my oven lol. Not sure how it tastes yet but smells good!

    Spinach and Bacon Quiche, An easy and delicious quiche. This comes courtesy of Paula Deen & her show on Televion Food Network, 2003., used a deep dish 9 inch pie crust and didn’t have enough room for all of the mixture without overflowing. Would EASILY make 2 regular 9inch pie crusts! Wish I’d done that before it spilled all over my oven lol. Not sure how it tastes yet but smells good!, this recipe was very delicious i was scared of the swiss cheese but so happy i didnt change it…the kids had seconds…i will be making this again

    Preheat the Oven to 375f.

    Combine the Eggs, Cream, Salt and Pepper in Food Processor or Blender.

    Layer the Spinach, Bacon and Cheese in the Bottom of the Pie Crust.

    the Pour Egg Mixture on Top.

    Bake For 35-40 Minutes Until the Egg Mixture Is Set.

    Cut Into 8 Wedges and Serve.
