Savory Crock Pot Pot Roast

I made this recipe yesterday, and it was fantastic! Tender, and VERY flavorful. The misses loved it also. The only change I am going to try next time is wrapping it in bacon after coating with the horseradish. You can't go wrong when bacon is involved.. Thanks for the recipe!

Savory Crock Pot Pot Roast, The roast is rubbed with horseradish for a nice flavor that goes well with the vegetables., I made this recipe yesterday, and it was fantastic! Tender, and VERY flavorful. The misses loved it also. The only change I am going to try next time is wrapping it in bacon after coating with the horseradish. You can’t go wrong when bacon is involved.. Thanks for the recipe!, It was definitely a different approach, and it turned out very good. The sauce/gravy was tasty and of a good consistency, and the texture for both meat and veg was tender.
