This is a translation from spanish, so hopefully it’s correct , Oh wow, did I love this! This is my new garlic bread recipe! Heh heh heh Refreshingly different yet comfort food familiar at the same time It is not too garlicky I recommend a quick whisk between batches as the garlic settles I felt the need to drain on paper towels but that created steam & killed off the nice crunchiness 🙁 Maybe just drain on cooling racks?     In a Small Bowl, Beat the Eggs With a Few Drops of Very Hot Water.

    Dip a Bread Slice in the Egg Mixture, Covering Both Sides Well.

    Fry the Bread Until Golden Brown on Both Sides.

    Important: Its Necessary For the Oil to Be Very Hot So That the Eggs Cook Immediately Upon Contact. Be Careful to Turn Bread Before the Garlic Burns.
