Stir Fried Asparagus With Mushrooms, Wonderful dish with chicken. Do not over cook the asparagus they should be heated through but still crisp, This is a fantastic side. Followed the recipe exactly except to use diced red onions instead of shallots, as didn’t have it on hand. The leftovers were as good as the first day. Yummy and a beautiful looking side.
