Savory Halibut Enchiladas, I always get rave reviews when I make these enchiladas of halibut, green onions, fresh cilantro, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese , This is really good, and different All the cheese sort of detracts from the low-fatness of the fish, but oh well 🙂 If it’s bland, add some adobo , My husband’s a fisherman so we have lots of fish I’m always looking for new fish recipes I thought this one was great! It is easy and tasty My husband felt it was a little bland but I had to leave out the bell peppers because he won’t eat them I think the next time I make this I will use chopped chiles instead of bell peppers Thanks for sharing
