Savory Mushroom Spread, I am a mushroom lover. Garlic too LOL. This is a good spread to serve on baguettes or crackers, Everyone loved it. I didn’t use sourcream or butter…Used olive oil to cook and red wine instead of white. Great, simple, and yummy, Great for Passover on matzoh. Didn’t have shallots on hand & substitued green onion. Turned out delicious.

Melt Butter in Skillet. Add Mushrooms, Shallots and Garlic and Saute About 6 Minutes on Med-High Heat. |
