in a Large Non-Stick Skillet, Pre-Cook the Sliced Sausage About 3 Minutes to Render Some of the Fat Out. Remove Sausage from Skillet and Drain on Paper Towels If Needed. Set Aside. Wipe the Skillet Clean. |
